- Does the service you receive from St. Joseph’s Home Care meet your needs?
Almost all of our clients said that the service they received did meet their needs. (Minor home repair, electrical, painting, minor plumbing, snow removal, lawn care and heavy cleaning)
“I cannot shovel anymore, and I have no one anymore. It is a real a help to know that St. Joseph’s Home Care provides snow removal as a service so I can still get out and about in the winter time.”
“I am in a wheelchair as well as blind, so when my driveway and walkways are shoveled I need some extra work done so it will be safer and easier for me. All I had to do is ask the man once, and he has been great because he has been doing the extras since I asked him. So the service definitely meets my needs.”

Did the service providers that you were provided with act in a professional manner?
Nearly all of clients surveyed said that, yes the service providers that were provided to them did act in a professional manner.
“The man who came to do my lawn was very nice, and he did everything I wanted done with the lawn!”
“They are very professional; they usually call or drive by my house to see if we need the driveway shoveled.”

What was your overall impression of the service providers?
Virtually all of those who were surveyed said that, their impressions of the service providers were excellent or good.
“They are pleasant people, and did an excellent job. They did a few extras that I didn’t even ask them to do! They are great to have in your home or on your property. They even cleaned up after themselves! I am very, very pleased with the services you provide. So much so that I have even recommended St. Joe’s to my friends. “

Is St. Joseph’s Home Care an approachable company and are you comfortable contacting our agency regarding any issues positive or negative?
Close to all of the clients who were surveyed said yes St. Joseph’s Home Care is an approachable company.

Do you feel the service that we our providing is one of value?
“The services that St. Joseph’s Home Care provides are great especially for little old ladies like me, because there are just some things that we just cannot do around the house. I have seen ads in the paper and they are charging an arm and a leg, but your company is reasonably priced!”
“A great service, St. Joe’s has always been there when I’ve needed them. It’s a shame that so many people do not know about St. Joseph’s Home Care or the services you provide. I think the best part is that you select service providers that you trust to do a good job and check them out, rather than me having to look in the paper and calling someone that we do not know or trust, they may be nice on the phone, but there is just a certain level of trust with St. Joe’s.”

Have you ever expressed a concern or filed a complaint?
Out of all the clients we surveyed, only
2% said they have filed a complaint.
“Yes I have, last year I had a man that I didn’t much care for. So I called St. Joseph’s Home Care and asked for someone else and they sent a new service provider right away!”

If yes, were you satisfied with the way in which your complaint or concern was handled?
“I was very satisfied with the way it was handled. The new guy is a perfect fit, I am not an easy to please person, but with this service provider I am!”
