Established in 1921, St. Joseph’s Home Care (SJHC) has provided value-based community nursing services for over 85 years. During this time, our organization has seen many changes, but has remained committed to delivering exemplary client-focused care to the Hamilton community.
We tailor our programs to meet the needs of each individual client. We serve a wide variety of clients with diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.
